Better Trades is one of many types of stock trading education company. In my judgement it is better than other similar companies, such as Wizetrade, Wade Cook, etc. The 2-day workday goes through all the trading strategies [plus there is a collection of CD-DVDs to go through if you are really serious about learning. Everything is there for you to go back and review. This is just like any education, you do just go through once and becoem an expert in the field. There is the necessary paper trade learning and practice practice practice.
I judge it as better because the instructors are themselves traders and the one I took the class from actually showed the trading records and real trading slips to show the correlation of strategy and process then profit. He did live demostrations and the results were convincing. He also did not claim that it is 100% fool proof, as many other companies do. The most credible is that he emphasized on practice, and only trading experience could eventually make you into a better trader. This is not get rich quick, or the software is so easy and simple that you do NOT need to think and be a winner every time.
I have been learning from the set of home study DVDs and the notes I took in class. There is a lot of learning and practice. The lectures also enlightend me of the trading mistakes I have made through the years.
